Consultation:

When signing up, you will be prompted to choose between an in-person or virtual consultation and to provide your availability.

  • in-person consultation: we can meet in a cafe or park of your choice

  • Virtual consultation: I will send a zoom link

  • In-person sessions take place either in the downton Vancouver area, or a 10 minute walk from the Joyce Collingwood Station. Exact location and entrey details will be shared during your consultation.

After the consultation:

  • If we decide not to move forward, 50% of your deposit will be refunded.

  • If we decide to move forward, you’ll receive an email prompting you to pay the remaining balance of your selected personal training package.

Access:

Within 24 hours of receiving your full payment, you'll gain access to your personal progress page and full movements library.
