Consultation:
When signing up, you will be prompted to choose between an in-person or virtual consultation and to provide your availability.
in-person consultation: we can meet in a cafe or park of your choice
Virtual consultation: I will send a zoom link
In-person sessions take place either in the downton Vancouver area, or a 10 minute walk from the Joyce Collingwood Station. Exact location and entrey details will be shared during your consultation.
After the consultation:
If we decide not to move forward, 50% of your deposit will be refunded.
If we decide to move forward, you’ll receive an email prompting you to pay the remaining balance of your selected personal training package.

Within 24 hours of receiving your full payment, you'll gain access to your personal progress page and full movements library.
